Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta '11 and she won by first-round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her first bout as a bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen utilized her superior wrestling skills to take down McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen was then able to fight Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 with a weight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however Aspen took the victory and defeated Hoy via TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last fight for promotion. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks prevailed by a majority vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She fought Linalansberg at UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina with her ground and pound techniques and earned an TKO 2nd round win. She continued her dominance and picked up a more amazing victory in her subsequent bout against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd ended Evinger's bout after the first round. The winner also got an extra bonus for her performance that evening. Her first fight of note came in her next fight in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in an Invicta FC rematch. The two fighters had a close fight that Ladd won by unanimous decision. Both fighters were awarded their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie took 16 seconds to finish Ladd and her streak. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, lost to Randamie. As a last-minute replacement for her UFC fight, she took on Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
